Life pelted rocks at you? You're thrown down? You pick yourself up,yeah, dust yourself back up. You learn from whatever went wrong; you become stronger, true; but there's this thin line between developing a more rigid character and becoming stone cold to all emotions and loved ones. In case of the latter, that's not a win; you're losing there.

You know what people who've stopped caring are called? They're called they're dead inside. But you wouldn't know that, would you? You don't realize what you've become yet. You think you've achieved something big; that you've learnt to walk along life. What you don't see is what you now get to pursue is only a lost cause. That the dreams you'll now work on are just excuses to replace the void that has become of your emotions.
You think you're in control now. You believe that you've been through hell already and have come out stronger. No, you're not. You don't see that you've now been reduced to someone lesser; you're a someone who's always cowering behind self-made reasons to believe its easier to not to have to care, to feel, to be real.

I'll tell you what went wrong? What went wrong is that you broke, and then you became bitter. You didn't know better, so you kept at it. You were hurt so you wanted to hurt and in the midst of it, you changed.

You started to rid of the feelings that haunted you, made you ache. You wanted to leave them all behind. And then you you started to move forward. There's a part of you that still keeps looking back at all those lost moments and memories that you've somehow managed to separate from your being, sometime when you're all by yourself, when you're walking back home or sitting under an open sky, staring up at the stars and the moon.
You now believe that it was pointless of you to hold on to feelings that were so unpredictable, that were gonna change and things were gonna move on in life anyway. What you failed to see is what would've been different, if you would've believed in them instead and held on.

You don't see what you've done; what you've lost.
You don't see what you've lost is what people live for; people live for the simple moments of joy and the sad times of hurt. They live it all, all along, and they live to grow from it. They live to care and they live to love. The things that happen to you are what make life worth living for.

And when you stopped living is, when you became meaningless, when you went wrong.
"}]
The only person by whom I got inspired a lot and started thinking little different from my peers is Steve Jobs. Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people

Steve Jobs talked about how his model for business balanced each other so that the whole was greater than the sum of the parts. And then he went on to this quote, which goes to the heart of his point.

Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith.

Jobs got fired from his own company by others, but he didn't lose faith instead he said that it was the best part for Apple's revolutionary. He said "getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again, less sure about everything. It freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my life."

Innovation Distinguishes between a Leader and A Follower.

Jobs always had a vision to create something new and he dont want to follow any one.So he always wants everyone to innovate something new.

" He is a monster with unbelievable strength and who travels at a speed of Mach 20 who destroyed 70% of moon, capable of destroying earth but he chose to teach your class for an year. If you can't kill him within the year he is here to teach, he will destroy the earth." are the opening lines of The Anime series, Assassination Classroom.

Anime holds a major share of income for japan, a country with third largest economy in the world. Beautiful and Inspiring anime come out every year and one such, that caught my attention is Assassination Classroom.

An super strong octopus, fastest ever creature known in galaxy destroys 70% of the moon and gets ready to destroy the planet earth. Then he agrees to a treaty with government where he chooses to teach a classroom full of students who are considered as scum in their university due to their low grades for an year. The students are asked to assassinate him within an year of his teaching to save the planet earth.

The students who are isolated from others in university now have the responsibility of saving the planet from an unknown creature. They name the target teacher Koro Sensei (unkillable teacher )and keep continuously trying to kill him while, the teacher takes the responsibility of every student seriously and teaches them in a perfect way.

Instead of just concentrating on how to kill the target teacher, every student tries to improve his skills which he is already good at and thus use them to assassinate the target. Hence, students start learning everything practically by trying to kill him and improvise themselves constantly.

Yusei Matsui, did a great job in keeping up the interest meanwhile managed to describe the modern day education system ( with no practical knowledge ).The plot goes on while students keep grabbing every opportunity and planning to assassinate him parallely learning what it takes to get a perfect job done.

In this process, they get to meet new assassins sent to kill their and slowly the sad and beautiful story behind Koro Sensei's motto of destroying earth is unfolded. What drove a great teacher like him, want to destroy planet earth? Will he be killed? Will the earth be saved?

For those who are looking for some change and something different in their leisure times, I would definitely recommend to watch this 22 episode short series filled with the student-teacher attachment, fun and assassination. I hope this you find something interesting and different in this... Have fun..👍

Entrepreneurs are not born they are made, in fact, circumstances will make them successful. One such entrepreneur is Mr. Subbaraju Pericharla, founder of Cross borders, and co-founder & CSO of Real Shoppee.

He shared his exclusive views on entrepreneurship and students getting into the startup bubble, believe us you are really going to get inspired by his story! It's only his hard work because of which he is standing as an inspiration to many.

Here is the one-on-one with the great entrepreneur!

Q: Can you tell us about your Startup?

"Well, I have two of them one is the 'Cross borders' Which I found to help small and medium segment with all the facets of their business enhancement, if anyone wants to set up their own business we will help them to formulate. The second one 'Real Shoppee' is a rural commerce company, we would replicate e-commerce in rural India. Our aim to reach 6.5 lakh villagers of India by creating a product line which will be build as per the aspirations of Rural India at their affordability."

Q: What motivates you?

"Creating opportunities and giving employment to people and seeing them and their families happy is what motivates me all the time."

Q: How do you define Startup? Money? People or Serving?

" People. Money is essential but it is not the priority in my personal opinion and service also needs money so that is the reason it is essential. You can actually live by creating something which makes you feel happy, which motivates you.

Q: What is your revenue model?

" For Cross borders, we include the entire costing and entire project cost from the company and the entire spending of the money from that particular project we will take a percentage of it, from Real Shoppee whenever a rural person buys a product, it gives us some kind of revenue"

Q: Few words about Real Shoppee?

" Real Shoppee is a pure business entity but I and my team feel proud all the time, there are about 150 young guys who are working at the associate level most of them are school and college dropouts. We also have a warehouse where 60-70 people are working in that 30-40% are women for most of them this is the only earning for their family. This gives us a lot of satisfaction"

Q: Can you share your journey with us?

" Sure! Am a BSc graduate, started as a faculty in Hyderabad, before that was a data entry operator in Chennai, then planned for abroad and due to some personal reasons I had to choose my family and stay back. Later, I taught Java for a year in Hyderabad that was when I realised that am not fit for technology then I got into management started recruiting people, worked with NIT as central head extending my recruiting capabilities got into company as an HR head there and in the same company I became a director on the board as per the management opportunity. Then I quit in 2013 and started Cross borders and Real Shoppee! Most of the time my intention is working with small companies where I can add some value"

Q: What do you think, is the young generation doing the right thing getting into the Startup bubble?

" If they are clear about what they are doing they are going on a right path. Experience is not a count in entrepreneurship but without a plan, no one should start. Everything you need for an entrepreneurship is the guts to get in and start"

Q: A piece of advice for students?

" Don't just jump in unless you are passionate about what you want to start. It is rather becoming a fashion than a passion."

You are a true inspiration, sir!!

We complain about life all the time. Like how it is not fair to us and how things always go out of hand. How easily we utter these words – life sucks! It is so easy for us to say these words and quit when life does not go according to the plan.
But do we even realize that the so called “hardships” that we name our trivial problems as, are just a speck when compared with many others who face a lot more than we can even fathom in our wildest dreams?
