The tear drops of turtles contain salt, specially sodium which is an important mineral to which the butterflies are likely attracted. You might be thinking that the butterfly feeding help, hurt or have no impact on the turtles? It does have little impact on turtles, by feeding on their tears by obstructing the turtle eyes which perhaps makes them more vulnerable to it’s predators like big cats. In fact, it sometimes becomes easier for the photographer to capture picture of this uncommon sight rather than capturing some bare animals. This kind of feeding does little harm to the turtles. The butterflies simply intake the salts by leaving other minerals through a process similar to absorption by placing the proboscis on the tears and passively feed". Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the most loved actors of our generation. The internet has time and again trolled Leo through various memes about him and his four losses at the Academy Awards. The guy has been nominated four times excluding this year's 'The Revenant' for 'What's eating Gilbert Grape'(lost to Tommy Lee Jones for his performance in 'The Fugitive', 'The Aviator'(lost to Jamie Foxx for his performance in 'Ray'), 'Blood Diamond'(lost to Forest Whitaker for his performance in 'The Last King of Scotland') and 'The Wolf of Wall Street'(lost to Matthew McConaughey for his performance in 'Dallas Buyers Club'). The awards ceremony approaching fast, it's time to rejoice! Leonardo DiCaprio would win his first Oscar this time! Here's why:

1. The other nominees:

In case of all previous losses of Leo, there was at least one performance which was better than Leo's(except 'What's eating Gilbert Grape', c'mon, he nailed the performance in that), but it is not the case this time. The other nominees who are nominated for the golden man this year alongside Leo are Matt Damon('The Martian'), Bryan Cranston('Trumbo'), Eddie Redmayne('The Danish Girl'), Michael Fassbender('Steve Jobs') which are all wonderful performances but excluding Fassbender, no other performance is as good as Leo's performance in The Revenant. Leo's portrayal of Hugh Glass in this film is very natural and dark and wonderful.

2. Screen Actors Guild awards:

Screen Actors Guild awards may not be as famous as The Oscars, but they are also highly regarded in the film circuit. If we look at the winners of SAG's best actor awards for the past 11 years, the same actors who won SAG award took home the Oscar each year since the past 11 years. And guess what! Leo won the SAG award for the first time this year, this further enhances his chance of winning an Oscar this year.

3. Leonardo's performance:

Leonardo DiCaprio took his method acting skills to a whole new level in this film. If you thought the dinner table scene in 'Django Unchained' was the peak of method acting(Leo hit a beer glass with his bare hands on scene, hurting himself pretty badly during the scene but he went on without breaking character),you haven't seen anything yet. Leonardo DiCaprio ate a raw bison liver in this film(Fun fact: Leo was a strict vegetarian!). He refused to eat a fake liver made from jelly and insisted on eating a real raw bison liver. Not only that but he also endured chilling temperatures during the shoot and he learnt two native American languages for the film. Method acting at its finest!

So, this is why most of his fans are excited for Feb 28th. Leo is most probably gonna get his first golden man! Let's hope he puts an end to all the memes and trolls on Leo and his Oscar.

The Academy Awards will be held at Dolby Theater, Los Angeles, on February 28.

Most people want to move towards a big company, one which has a good standing in the corporate world and rake in the money once they are done with their education. ‘Think big’, that’s always been the mantra. But sometimes, especially when it comes to your career, it would be better to start small and move on to bigger things. The roller-coaster ride that is a start-up is the best place to gain some invaluable experience.

Here are 5 reasons why you should work in a start-up:

Making a Difference:

Unlike a huge corporate entity where you begin as a small cog in a well-oiled machine, and your role may not be that important, in a start-up your role takes on vital importance. Whatever you do makes a difference, be it writing the smallest of codes for a tech person, or designing and working on a minor piece of art for the creative work. In fact, there is nothing which is minor, everything you do has a visible impact. Every individual is making a difference to the company.

Wearing Multiple Hats:

A lot of people who have worked in both start-ups and comparatively larger companies on comparing the two almost always state unequivocally that they learnt more in their first few months in a start-up than in their initial years in a large corporate. In a start-up, you are always on your toes and are expected to wear multiple hats. At times, you are the writer, the marketing person, as well as the artist. In even smaller start-ups you have to take on, even more, rolls. And though this sounds like an arduous task, it is anything but. Since you are working on a number of different topics, you develop a varied skillset which will hold you in good stead in the future.

Responsibility:

A start-up teaches you to be responsible for every action or inaction of yours has a tangible effect on the business. This will also reflect positively on you if you try to make the shift to the corporate world, or begin your own venture.

The Culture and Atmosphere:

The atmosphere of a start-up is chilled out, compared to a corporate, but it is also continuously buzzing and bubbling with creative energy. A dress code is not strictly enforced, so you can go to work in jeans and the like, after all, the important thing is getting the work done, not your appearance. The entrepreneurial spirit is in the air and you end up becoming an innovator and an inventor as well. Coffee, energy drinks, and a successful vision for the future are the major driving factors. It is probably the best place to work for someone fresh out of college.

Your Work Will be Recognized:

Since a start-up has a few employees, each one playing an important role, your work will always be recognized. No one will steal credit for what you have done, and if you do good work, you will always be in the limelight for all the right reasons.
