Yes, semen.<\/p>Whoever did it was probably so starved for sex that he orgasmed into a water balloon. And nobody is even going to hold him responsible for this because whoever did it can feign ignorance and the man will get away, once again. <\/p>So anyway, coming back to the point, since a vast majority of this country still has trouble understanding consent and go on to touch your body wherever they please even when they say no, here's five tips for you to keep in mind to celebrate a safe holi as a woman. <\/p>1. Go out only with a group of friends that you trust: <\/b><\/p>It doesn't help that a large number of victims often know their assaulters, but traveling with a large group that you trust around Holi spots in your city is better than going solo and get locked in with strange men.
