It all comes down to shows like Pitchers or Silicon Valley, or even books like 'Steve Jobs'. India has been officially bit by a startup bug. Right from success stories like Infosys which started way back in 1981 to the recent Flipkart Walmart deal, India has come a long way in terms of startup triumph stories. With the country being a hotspot for investments and much flexible policies and rules now, India looks forward to being a country churning out multiple unicorn startups in the future.

India has around 10 unicorns right now, or startups with a one billion valuation. With this being a significant milestone for the country, startups founders also need to be wary that this might not be the case forever. A profitable business model is always ideal for sustainability of the company. A huge funding round may give an initial push, but the only thing that matters is how well and profitably you use that money. This is not all difficult in a country like India with such a diverse and huge population. Founders need to find solutions in order to bring the next million customers under their hold without those dreamy discounts and offers. The job is already half done when that goal is achieved.

Starting up one's own company has become a trend these days. Though beneficial in the long run, one needs to be aware of the fact that almost 90% of startups in India fail. Money should never be a fuel to kick start your startup career, whereas it should be the zeal and passion to solve a problem for the better. With India facing so many problems , startups of varied kinds should step up and take the reigns. India ranks at around 4th place in the world in terms of the number of startups. If Indian entrepreneurs take it easy and do it right, India might just become the country with the highest number of 'successful' startups.

"The soul of India lives in its villages," said by M. K. Gandhi at the beginning of 20th century. The life in Indian villages is simple and isolated. I guess we all are well known about the fact that the Indian villages lack with basic health care and medical facilities. More than 50 to 60 percent of village people have to run to native cities for medication regarding small things such as blood pressure, fever etc. Same applies with education too. Sanitation & water supply is another important issue.

Rajghat, a village in Dholpur which is so removed from modern day India lies fifty kilometres off the Taj Mahal, on the border that separates Madhya Pradesh from Rajasthan falls under the basin of the famous River 'Chambal'. Although they are connected now-a-days with cell phones and digital television transmission, yet they are cut off from the main stream of urban areas due to poor road connectivity and electricity. The health, educational and civil facilities are also either absent or not up to the mark. The village has cut offed from everyone and everything, because of the lack of amenities like
No drinking water in the village except Saline water.
No hospitals within 2 miles.
No electricity.
No proper roads.
No education beyond 5th class.
Villagers often attacked by crocodiles.
Almost all children of the village are diseased.
No marriage since Last 20 years, due to lack of basic necessities. We are human beings and we don't know our future but we always want a bright future, some of us has great vision they already creates future in our mind. We don't know our limits and we have powers to dream big but some of us do not dream big because they are surrounded by mediocre and they bound themselves in a limit.

Life will only change when we become more committed to our dreams than to our comfort zones. We should break our comfort zone and put in our maximum to make dreams reality. As kerosene is to fire, so is dreams to action. It's that commitment towards our dream that gives us the courage to rise up and move forward even if we fail once.

Dreaming big is absolutely needed if we are ambitious. There is nothing wrong in dreaming big. Dreams are the initial steps that trigger a person's potential and makes them better but, one should also be prepared for the consequences of not being able to make it. Dreaming is good but taking dreams too seriously may lead to depression and other similar things. So, we should dream big and work hard. We should BELIEVE IN OUR DREAM, LIVE OUR DREAM and Forget about results. Dreams along with continuous and consistent efforts will surely fetch us good and desired results.

Dreams can be looked at in many different ways.Dreams can be thought as a virtual reality where we can master the entire dreaming world. Dreams can make us more ambitious, gives us happiness. We should always dream big, but make sure to aim high as well. We should not only dream but, we should also work to achieve such a big dream.

We hear a lot around ‘dreaming big’, but the crazy part is, rarely do people teach much past that attention grabbing headline. Big dreams... and big results ...are lovely on glossy magazine covers, but the reality is far less glamorous. Behind every big achievement there is a tireless effort which is unseen and a strong mind determined enough to make their dreams a reality. Dreams form an integral part of those who work to achieve big. Mere dreaming without any effort is meaningless. Dreams won't come true until we wake up and start struggling for achieving it.

We should gauge our potential, dream to an extent to which we can struggle and keep ourselves happy. Above that, we should take it as a challenge, but we should not lose our confidence if we lose it.

Successful people reach their goals not simply because of who they are, but more often because of what they do. They are successful not because of good luck, family heritage or anything else but because they have adopted the RIGHT habits.

If we want to become successful, we should commit to doing something small TODAY that makes us a little bit better TOMORROW i.e.,.“Laying a brick” today is necessary. If we do this day in and day out, over time we will become the most successful version of ourselves.

Successful people seem to have limitless energy when it comes to doing the things they are passionate about. They work hard and focus on the task at hand with devoted concentration. Did you know that advocates claimed that running barefoot improves foot biomechanics and reduces injury risk. And also that studies have found that running efficiency increases by 4% while running barefoot? If you didn’t then you know now. But does that mean running barefoot is a good thing? If it is then I wonder why most podiatrists still prescribe orthotics to relieve foot pain. So to this day there is not an answer to the question of whether or not running barefoot is good as there are both pros and cons to this question.

Pros of running barefoot:

1529421827967
txt

It strengthen the muscles, tendons and ligaments present in the foot.

When not wearing a shoe you do not have a heel lift due to this the Achilles tendon and calf muscles are stretched and lenghtened. Alongside, this also redues the risk of injuries such as calf pulls and Achilles tendinitis caused by short tight tissues.

When you where shoes it leads you to land on your heel which is not an effective way of running. But whereas when you run without shoes you do not have the padding underneath your feet leading to you landing on your forefoot while running which then allows the arches of your feet to act as effective shock absorbers and also help in running effectively.

Besides all these running barefoot helps you to be grounded as you will be in contact with the nature surrounding you and also because it helps you improve your balance as it activates and puts in use the small muscles that are unused.

Things do not heal themselves, but rather, things assist in activating a healing response. Crystals come in different shapes, sizes and types. Crystals carry divine instructions with them which the body can use to heal. But all healing, whether through tradition ways or alternative, are merely reminders. It's up to us to activate the healing responses which cures us.

Every different crystal has its own frequency which can also be measured. Selenite is crystal with highest positive frequency. It cleans aura and for kids it avoids them to have nightmares. Black tourmaline is an excellent crystal for guarding against negative energy, entities, and shielding against physic attacks.
