Infrastructure:<\/b><\/p>Unlike the huge campuses where friends need to call each other and walk a couple of hundred meters to meet, vasavi has a cute little campus where it won't take more than a couple of minutes to walk down to meet a friend at the other corner of the campus. Then we have 5 beautiful blocks named after famous teachers, scientists who have made India proud, Mokshagundam Visweswaraya, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, Ramanujan, C.V Raman and J.C Bose. We students from different branches, sit in the hearts of these blocks where our lectures are taken. In a gist, the greenery is all pleasant on the eyes. Clubs: <\/b><\/p>Well, there are a few things that this generation of kids are missing out on, due to the increasing pressure of studies, like art forms, skills which no engineering curriculum would include specifically like social service, communication, public speaking, entrepreneurship, and the list goes on and on. Every student has some skill or the other which is unexplored. The clubs in the college let a student a chance where he\/she can explore those skills or improve on those skills. The best part is that the events within any club has to be student driven and not forced upon. Placements <\/b><\/p>The placements here are great. Top companies visit the college early in the academic year to hire soon-to-be graduating students. Faculty: <\/b><\/p>The faculty here has got some real experience. Most of the teachers are Ph. D graduates. A few of the teachers are with the college right from the establishment of the college in 1981<\/b>. That says a lot about their passion towards teaching. Alumni:<\/b> <\/p>The worst thing about getting real close to seniors is that they graduate and leave and it sucks without them. But we have regular alumni meets with our alumni.
