They all met in the intermediate and because of few cute little incidents they became close and a gang! let us know about them..

Here goes their interview..

Introduce us your gang?

Our So called 12 monkeys out here became a gang of 6 girls and 6 boys. Till then each one of had a very different lifestyle and everyone had their own chota wala kind gangs, 5 years back in the most important and the most stressful stage of our lives. Intermediate.. we all came under one umbrella because of a single person called Praneeth... He stands as the reason behind our gang now.. and then.

Describe us about your gang?

Describing our squad. I don't know how to start up this we are one bunch of crazies and we really enjoy each others company a lot. We all are very connected to each other. And to be frank, where ever and whenever we see something about a friend's gang or quotes all we get is our gang in the mind. Not only the craziest things we do we stand by each other in all situations. We see a life there and we are a family.

How did you all become a gang?

As I have introduced Praneeth before, he stands as the reason for this family. Being a common friend, during inter days he with his boy's crew started teasing girls (we). Eventually, days passed being in same class most of us were in the same classroom. Day by day their naughtiness increased and our approach towards them started becoming positive. Slowly we started talking to them. Then Praneeth introduces us to another two Suhas and Jagan and that's the way we became a gang :)

We don't need the daily conversations and togetherness. As long as we stay our relationship lives and we will never be apart. And all the time we know each other better than they know their selfs... With gentle honesty, we stand guide and support us. To share our laughter n our tears we are always there and their presence never reminds us of being alone. We grow separately without growing apart.

And my dear friends.. I neva know what my life would be without u all.. We make the best. You all are a family I choose Our time together is just never quite enough

During my schooling, I read in Social studies that basic requirements are Food, clothing and shelter. So, is electricity a luxury? 70% of India's population live in villages. If all the comfort is focused and drawn towards urban areas then how about the rural regions? I make a happy statement that we (Govt., NGOs, Public institutes) are putting in good effort to address rural problems. It was another busy afternoon when he was walking on the streets of the twin city and his mother called him up, *beeep beeep*. His phone starts ringing. He picks up-

Gautam-"Hello maa"

Maa-"Hello gautam beta, job mila kya?"

Gautam-"Nahi maa abhi thak nahi mila, bahut koshish kar raha hu. Miljatha maa, aap tension math lijiye"

Maa-"Theek hai beta, jaldi wapas aajao gharko"

*He keeps the call*

Gautam, an ENGINEERING student who has always dreamt of becoming an ultimate software engineer. It was childhood dream to achieve the dream of working with the computers and spending some worthy time to cherish it every moment. He has the pass out percentage of 85% which makes him an average student in the eyes of the IT department.

He has a dream of working in the Wipro company where his father previously worked for and is no more with them. This has lead to an affectionate situation in the mind of Gautam to work in the Wipro company. He has to attend an interview in the wipro company. He arrives at the office, had to wait for hours together for his turn to arrive. His turn has finally come. His hands were shivering, legs were trembling, there was sweat all over his body. There was another person of his age right beside him and noticing his actions. His name was called out loud.

"GAUTAAAM"

He replied, "ji sir"

He entered the lobby. He was asked to sit down by the HR of the company. He sat down with all the thoughts running in his mind.

HR-"What is your name?" he asked with a base voice.

Gautam- "My name is gautam, sir" he replies with a shivering voice.

HR- "Speak about yourself" he says,

Gautam-"Errrr.... My name is gautam. I pursued my engineering degree from CMR college of engineering. Errr....." he starts stammering a lot. All of a sudden he starts to speak in Hindi. The HR gives a strange look at him and asks him to just leave the office right away and he says he is rejected.

Gautam looks at him shell-shocked and tries to convince him. But the HR doesn't give a chance for him to speak. He leaves the lobby very disappointing and all his dreams and hopes shattered. He started to walk out of the lobby weeping and thinking about his future.

Yes. this is the major reason why most of the engineering students are being rejected. The competition is too high and people with fluent English and with the good communication skills are picked up very conveniently for the job.

When Gautam comes out he finds this guy who was sitting right beside him coming to him and comforting him. Gautam explains him what happened inside and says he cant speak English fluently and that is why he was rejected. They both discuss on this for almost half an hour and they get to know each other very well. They both decide to establish their own company and work really hard.

They start working hard and set up a new company. After two years of hard work and struggle working with his co-worker. They manage to find their company on the top 20 list of the IT companies. Gautam also manages to learn to speak English very fluently and work on his communication skills.

One fine day his co-worker disappears. Whenever he calls him up, it was always switched off. He was worried. Their company was turned down because of low productions. Now Gautam took a daring step, he applies for an job in Wipro again. This time he was bold, intimated with the job, confident. He knocks the door and says "May I come in sir?" with an bold voice. When the HR asks to speak about him, he does it very well without stammering this time.He showed his project and the work he did all these 2 years. He made it this time, he was selected. There were tears rolling in his eyes. It was not because of the failure, it was the tears of joy. He rings up his mother and shares his deep thoughts with her and his mother congratulates him.

AFTER TWO DAYS

It was his first day of his office, he was all suited up in the formals and seeing his name on the ID card and remembering his dad on this special day. He steps into the office with great joy and was overwhelmed. When he gives a look at his manager when everyone were seated down for an small lecture, he was spell bounded, he was was amazed to see that the manager was none other than the person who has worked along with him those amazing 2 years. He was calm, was in a dilemma whether to talk to him or not. After the lecture has finished Gautam goes to talk to him. He shakes hands with him and asks his name, he replies "Hello my name is Satya Nadella"

Great people struggle to become popular and most accomplished in their life. Nadella is one of them. Coming to the life of the Gautam, it's the talent that makes a person an accomplished one. The communication skills are just a part of the IT life, but most importantly it is the talent that will take you to the top level. I urge all the software departments to please take out the talent out of the people not to test their communications skills.
